    t shall be our purpose to promote radio knowledge, Emergency Communications training and individual operating efficiency, and to conduct club programs and activities so as to advance the general interest and welfare of Amateur Radio in our communities.NBARC is dedicated to Emergency Communications for our communities.Emergency communications (sometimes called EmComm) is probably the biggest single topic in the amateur radio service. When all else fails, hams can still get messages through.
